Do you need to provide first aid cover for non-employees?

No, but the HSE strongly recommends that cover is included in your first-aid provision and assessment

Under the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981, businesses or duty holders have no legal responsibility to provide first aid for non-employees visiting your premises.  

Under the existing regulations businesses or duty holders have no legal responsibility to provide first aid for non-employees visiting your premises. However, where companies whose business implies a large number of visitors the latest HSE requirements now specify that these companies should prioritise first aid training.
