      How do I cancel a course booking?

      You can cancel any booking you have made with us at any time before the course starts.

      To cancel a booking with us, call us on 0344 871 8000 or email firstaidtraining@redcross.org.uk

      If you are a Key Account customer, please contact us on 0344 412 9000 or email keyaccounts@redcross.org.uk
