After successful completion of your course, you will receive an email with a link to access your digital certificate.
You will receive a digital copy of your first aid certificate within seven working days of your course completion date.
If you do not receive your certificate, please email our customer support team, and you will need to provide your email address, first and last name, year and month of when the course was held.
