If you have been provided with an enrolment key, you can access your course by self-enrolling.
If this is your first time learning online with British Red Cross Training:

Select ‘Create a new account’.

Fill in the details on the ‘New account' page and select ‘Create my new account’. Note: username and email address must be entered in lowercase.

You will then receive a confirmation email. Follow the instructions on this page to finish setting up your account.
Enter the enrolment key provided when the booking was made. You should now have access to the course.
