# How do I change or reschedule a course booking?

## You can change or reschedule your existing booking onto another training course

If you need to cancel your initial booking and would like to reschedule to another date or location, please call us on 0344 871 8000.

If you are a Key Account customer, please contact us on 0344 412 9000 or email [keyaccounts@redcross.org.uk](mailto:keyaccounts@redcross.org.uk)  

If you are a Select Account customer, please call 0300 004 0403 or email [accountbookings@redcross.org.uk](mailto:accountbookings@redcross.org.uk)
