What first aid information needs to be provided to employees?

The HSE maintains that businesses must provide all employees with details of their first-aid arrangements.

As a minimum, all employees should be aware of what their organisations first aid procedure is, who the first-aider(s) are and where the first aid kit(s) is located. 

Any further information required in addition to the above is dependent upon the outcome of the organisation's first aid needs assessment.
