What first aid information needs to be provided to employees?

The HSE maintains that organisations must provide all employees with details of their first-aid arrangements.

As a minimum, all employees should be aware of what their organisation's first aid procedure is, who the first aider(s) is and where the first aid kit(s) is located. 

Any further information required in addition to the above is dependent upon the outcome of the organisation's first aid needs assessment.
