What mental health training courses do you offer?

Our range of mental health training courses focus on providing the support that employees need within the workplace.

We offer six mental wellbeing and resilience courses for the workplace that range from 2 hours to 1 day in duration. They are designed to build team and personal resilience and to help staff members return to and maintain a state of positive mental health and wellbeing.  

We can deliver both virtual and face-to-face training. Our courses are available for group bookings only and include: 

  • Supporting others and yourself (2 hours) 

  • Coping with stress (3.5 hours) 

  • Building personal and team resilience (3.5 hours) 

  • Dealing with distressed callers (3.5 hours) 

  • Leading a resilient team (1 day) 

  • Supporting people through difficult situations (1 day)
