Our range of mental health at work training courses focuses on providing the support that employees need within the workplace.
We offer six mental health at work courses ranging from two hours to one day. They have been designed to build team and personal resilience and to help staff members return to and maintain a state of positive mental health and wellbeing.
The mental health at work courses can be delivered either face to face (available for group bookings only), virtually (available for group bookings only) or online. The following courses are available:
