Due to the practical nature of the course it is best to wear suitable, comfortable clothing and flat shoes (not open toed).
Our courses feature practical first aid demonstrations. All course attendees should be physically able to provide colleagues with first aid, e.g. able to kneel on the floor and administer cardio pulmonary resuscitation, in line with the Health & Safety Executive’s (HSE) Approved Code of Practice.
Therefore, wearing suitable clothing is important to ensure your own comfort and that you can perform the practical aspects of the course.
