The first aid at work regulations apply to all organisations.

The first aid at work regulations apply to all organisations including those with fewer than five employees and the self-employed who are still required to have adequate first aid provisions in place. 

This means that regardless of industry scope or size, employers or duty holders have a responsibility to implement the necessary first aid resources in place to be compliant with HSE regulations.
